Item 1 below is for Basic F.A.S.T. Support Service as detailed in Schedule A and selected from the table above. Items 2 through 14 are for optional add-on services not included in the Basic F.A.S.T. Support Service. The description of the items in the schedule below, are subject to the Item Notes following the schedule.

Item Notes:
- Unless specifically stated, all services are via remote access or phone.
- Support is based on the number of client licenses or fax channels owned by the customer. For FACSys LITE this includes 2 channels and 10 clients. For FACSys SBS it includes up to 4 channels and up to 75 clients.
- Additional Servers, in addition to the primary server covered above. MUST be the SAME Licensing Model. Total Client and Total Channel counts and cost values are applied in ITEM 1.
- Access to a technician about the ramifications of updating or moving an existing FACSys installation. Includes Windows/Exchange 2000-2003 update considerations.
- Brooktrout and Eicon cards carry a 5 year, Intel/Dialogic a 3 year manufacturer warranty. However, while a card is in for repair, you have no service. This plan provides a loaner card during that repair period.
- Assistance to re-install or re-configure an installation of any of the following (per item): Windows 2000/2003 OS, or Exchange 5.5/2000/2003.
- SAP Support requires that you own the FACSys Gateway for SAP (COMSERVER). Support for SAP COM or SAP CONNECT is included.
- Install or return ANY Gateway to fully operational condition meaning the ability to send an attachment via the Gateway and fax it and receive a fax and send the fax attachment to the mail gateway. (DID or DNIS telephony required for user-specific routing). With Exchange this includes AD and Clustering support.
- Digital T1, E1, PRI telephony service and fax boards require extensive expertise and the coordinated effort of the IT department, the PBX/telephony department, the Central Office and the Telco. emFAST Inc will support any current , functioning and up-to-date (re firmware revisions) Digital board, provided this option is purchased in addition to the basic FACSys Support agreement. Eicon-FACSys drivers are available from emFAST at no cost. Channel licenses must be purchased if the Channel License option is chosen.
- Customized application support is available after a pre-consultation. All work is charged by the hour and can be purchased in pre-paid blocks. Unused hours expire at the end of the contract and must be re-purchased. emFAST Inc will assist to fax-enable ANY third party device or application, as long as it can create HPCL, Postscript or PDF files. This includes all Windows operating systems and Unix, DOS etc. For HPCL rendering, FACSys 4.7 SP4 or higher requires 'FACSys (HPCL-PS) Rendering Service Option'. For PDF rendering FACSys required Adobe 5.05 FULL PRODUCT or better (not just reader). Fee is per device/application.
- Phone conference training at our monthly scheduled Live Training is included. If you would like personalized training for your company select this option. Number of participants at remote site is not limited. Training is for administrators and end-users.
- Qualified technicians available for onsite service. This is a per diem rate, expenses are extra.
- 7 days a week, 24 hours a day comprehensive coverage in addition to basic support and purchased Schedule B options.
- License Re-creation: For customers who have misplaced their License DAT files and need them to be re-created. F.A.S.T. customers will not have to pay for this option.
- Multi-Year pre-paid discounts. Must be paid in advance on one invoice.
- All requests for FACSys support must be submitted through the tech support form. The agreement number must be inserted on the web submission form. The request will get promptly transmitted to a technician for a F.A.S.T. response.
