Rendering Notes:

FACSys 4.9 and 5 Enterprise do not contain the FACSys HPCL-PS Renderer Service.
If you need to render HPCL files (or Adobe PS Type I or II) as attachments and are using embedded codes or if you are a FileNET or SAP customer AND you have a version prior to V4.7SP4a you are entitled to receive the HPCL-PS renderer for free.
If you own or are purchasing any version of FACSys including and subsequent to V4.7SP4a then the the FACSys Renderer Service is an add-on option that must be purchased.

Note: To render PDF files you must have a copy of Acrobat 5.05 or better full product or GhostScript on the FACSys server. To render Microsoft Office files, you must have a copy of Microsoft Office 2000 or XP on the FACSys server.
