| (Bridgewater NJ, November 1, 2007). emFAST Inc., a value-added services company dedicated to serving the extended messaging community, is pleased to announce the unveiling of its redesigned online presence - the new emFAST.com. With a team of dedicated designers and engineers, the new emFAST.com provides an intuitive and attractive navigation system while maintaining connectivity (in real-time) to the company’s massive information database systems. Monday, October 22, 2007 marked the official launch date of this latest achievement. |
The driving factor behind this re-engineering was motivated by the need to combine three unique sites - emfast.com, facsys.com and faxserversupport.com into one. The result is an all-encompassing portal, comprised of the content that was previously available from three separate entities, and more.
From an architectural standpoint, the new emFAST.com is subdivided into seven distinct categories; Home, Solutions, Support, Resources, Partners, Events and News. Each is readily accessible via a Flash-based navigational bar on every individual page, in combination with an expanding navigational element.
Solutions encompass a fusion of content sourced directly from the previous three Web sites, with added emphasis on the FACSys suite of Fax Messaging Software.
Support replaces the content previously available from faxserversupport.com. Viewers are empowered to utilize the new functionality to gain a better understanding of emFAST’s Fully Accredited Support Team (F.A.S.T.) while existing FACSys users are allowed to download FACSys related software and critical program updates. This is in addition to logging support requests, and reviewing previous support cases with knowledgeable members of F.A.S.T.
Partners, Events, and News remain respective of their designations, containing a list of emFAST’s partners, detailing both upcoming and past events, tradeshows, conferences and exhibitions, and offering an extensive directory of present and archived press releases, news headlines, and routine installments of emFAST’s very own newsletter, the emFAST Informer.
emFAST.com registered users are able to utilize the Support function, allowing users to create a case, review previous cases with the My Cases functionality, download up-to-date FACSys software components and/or critical updates, and search through emFAST’s Knowledgebase. As an additional benefit for registered users, a vast array of intellectual wealth is available via the Resources function, such as, collateral, Web Seminars, and product tutorials – just to name a few.
