The SR140 is suitable for a variety of fax server applications such as document management, business process automation and compliance with regulations such as Sarbanes-Oxley and HIPAA.
"At emFAST, we have been integrating fax communications into data networks since 1995. The proven reliability of the Brooktrout SR140 fax over IP platform, coupled with FACSys 5.0 creates an attractive solution for corporations migrating their networks to VoIP-based technology, while further supporting their compliancy initiatives such as HIPPA and Sarbanes-Oxley," said Elvis Cabral, director of sales of emFAST. "Another important factor to the success of fax over IP implementations is proven interoperability between T.38 end points and gateways. Through Cantata's close development work with market-leading VoIP equipment vendors such as Cisco, Avaya and Alcatel, our customers can confidently deploy fax server solutions into existing VoIP installations."
