[JULY 1, 2004, Branchburg New Jersey] Today, emFAST Inc., the value added support and professional services company for the FACSys Fax Messaging Gateway announced that it has taken over responsibility for the development and direction of FACSys from Centre Reach, Inc.

Peter Mittler, Vice President of Business Development for emFAST Inc, said "Having devoted 10 years to the marketing, sales and support of FACSys, it made a lot of sense to have the code development, support, marketing and future direction of the product brought under one roof."

David Schmeltzle, president of Centre Reach Inc, the Roxiticus Ventures LLC portfolio company that acquired FACSys on January 1, 2004 from the original manufacturer, Optus Software Inc, added, "emFAST Inc. has an incredible support and product delivery infrastructure. We are pleased to be working with a company with a decade-long 'FACSys' - experience to carry the FACSys 'torch'. emFAST will continue to be a valued ally to other projects under way at Roxiticus Ventures."

emFAST will continue to sell and support FACSys through the traditional FACSys Authorized Distributor and FACSys Authorized reseller channel. Support services will continue through the F.A.S.T. program outlined at www.faxserversupport.com. The engineering team and developers of FACSys will join emFAST Inc.
