In emFAST's ongoing efforts to continue to develop innovative messaging solutions, effective March 31st, 2005, emFAST will no longer provide technical support for FACSys v.4.7, ISA bus fax devices, and FACSys installations configured with Microsoft's Windows NT 4.0.

Customers with existing FACSys v4.7 installations may upgrade to FACSys v4.9 under a F.A.S.T. annual maintenance agreement. Customers who do not hold a F.A.S.T. annual maintenance agreement should contact emfastsales@emfast.com for upgrade options. For more information please visit www.faxserversupport.com

Current FACSys installations with Brooktrout or Intel ISA bus intelligent fax devices may upgrade to the current PCI technology boards. Please contact emfastsales@emfast.com to learn more about our fax device upgrade programs.

Following Microsoft's announcement that support for Window's NT 4.0 is no longer available, emFAST will follow suit effective March 31st, 2005.

As a result our development and support teams can focus their efforts into future product development and support.
