emFAST to Discontinue Support For Brooktrout TR114 D/C/V and TruFax Analog Series Hardware

In response to Cantata’s End of Life and Discontinued Support notice, emFAST is phasing out sales for the TR114 DID/Combo, TR114 V and Trufax Analog series hardware.

TR114 DID/Combo and Trufax Analog series hardware will be offered for sale while supplies last until December 31st, 2006. TR114 V series hardware is no longer offered within emFAST’s line of products effective December 31, 2006.

This notice affects the following Cantata products in emFAST’s offering:

TR114+uP2C, TR114+uP2D, TR114+uP4C, TR114+uP4D, TruFax 200 Universal PCI, TruFax 100 Universal PCI, TruFax 200 Universal PCI International, TruFax 100 Universal PCI International, and all TR114 V series.

Cantata will provide technical support for the non-RoHS products listed through December 31, 2007 and hardware warranty support through the warranty period from the date of purchase. emFAST will continue to provide support for these products for the duration of the warranty.

Replacement hardware is available for all affected products. emFAST encourages all customers to take advantage of the Cantata’s ‘Fax to the Future II’ upgrade offer - in effect until December 31, 2006. emFAST Inc. to Discontinue Support For FACSys® 4.8

FACSys 4.8 has reached the end of it's lifecycle and will no longer be supported as of December 31, 2006. It is recommended that you check the status of your F.A.S.T. contract and ensure that you will qualify for the upgrade/migration path available as part of the program.
