Program Overview
emFAST is pleased to offer the FACSys Competitive Upgrade Program. This program provides customers that are replacing a competitive platform with discounts up to 45% of the MSRP (Manufacturer's Suggested Retail Price) of FACSys. This program applies to all versions of FACSys Server, Channel and Client licenses.
Pricing
When ordering a Competitive Upgrade, a support contract for either one (1) or two (2) years is required in order for the discount to apply.
- To receive a discount of 45%, the order must include a two (2) year
support contract
- To receive a discount of 30%, the order must include a one (1) year
support contract

Qualifying Competitive Platforms
The following platforms are eligible for the Competitive Upgrade Program, for currently supported versions of the listed products. If the platform being replaced is not listed, the approval of the Sales Director is required for the discount to be applied.
Existing hardware can be reused in the FACSys system so long as they are supported by FACSys. To attain a complete list of supported hardware, please click here.
