FACSys Competitive Upgrade Program

Request an Evaluation
With the release of FACSys 4.91, emFAST Inc. introduced three new pricing/licensing models. The first, a channel model, is a major departure from the client-licensed model under which FACSys was traditionally sold. Large corporations with thousands of potential fax users were deterred by the relatively high cost of acquiring the client license model. These prospects often opted for a competitor's product not based on technological supremacy, but because the capital cost of acquiring a large FACSys system was prohibitive. The new FACSys Channel Model alleviates this concern with unlimited user licenses and allows potential customers with a large user base to have a more attractive price point for entry into a faxserver solution. Two other license models, SBS and LITE, have been created specifically for the Small-to-Medium size faxserver user.
FACSys SBS installs on a Microsoft Small Business Server and is suited to a company with 10 to 75 users needing up to 4 channels of fax bandwidth. Even though SBS comes with its own built-in faxserver (MS Shared Fax), there are many benefits to deploying a FACSys server on an SBS system. These benefits are detailed in emFAST's paper "FACSys SBS". FACSys SBS comes with 60 day FREE remote installation and support included for all North American customers.
FACSys LITE was created for the smaller customer who needs up to 10 users and 2 channels. This customer traditionally avoided a faxserver deployment in their office for fear that the technology was too complex for them to successfully install and operate. FACSys LITE also comes with 60 day FREE remote installation and support included for all North American customers.
