With the world-wide proliferation of broad-band communications offering instant access to Software and manuals in HTML or PDF files from a WEB SITE  or FTP Site, there is no need to keep printing manuals, and burning CD's that are obsolete before the ink is dry or the CD writer ejects.

Effective immediately orders for FACSys Software will be fulfilled by emFAST Inc. in electronic format.

For Server's you will be given a License Certificate Number that you can put onto a CD Label yourself, or simply e-mail the License in PDF format to the customer.For Client License DAT files you will receive a Serialized DAT file, along with a Client License Certificate. For those of you who require a Statement of Origin, that is now on the License Certificate.

For those of you who MUST have a SERVER CD, we will burn it and ship it Prepay and Add, with the documentation on it in PDF format. There will be no further printed manuals. (Do you know it costs $75.00 USD to ship a Server and 10 user DAT in two boxes to Hong Kong?). All that Air! The courier companies will hate us, but we will all save money on this move, and deliver product FASTER with more 'current' code and documentation.

To protect you from people who might download the software and 'go around you' we will not be making the software available to the public via a 'credit card' purchase. That would pollute our channel and destroy your value-added incentive. We think you will all agree that this is a move in the right direction.
