Upgrade Information for FACSys Enterprise
Note to all customers requesting a FACSys Enterprise Upgrade:
- FACSys 4.9 Lite and SBS are not eligible for an Update/migration to FACSys Enterprise unless they are first upgraded to a full Channel or full Client License Model
- FACSys is supported on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008 with a SQL component
- You will be provided with new license DAT files
- All fulfillment of FACSys Enterprise is performed via secure electronic download
- The standard fulfillment does NOT include the HPCL Renderer
- If rendering of PCL documents is required, you may request this from your representative at no additional cost
Your FACSys Enterprise Upgrade fulfillment will include:
- A new Server License DAT file for each Server you own and have in your system
- A Client or Channel License file for the total number of Client Licenses that you own
- FACSys Enterprise includes all necessary Gateway Licenses

Additional Information
- emFAST can not provide an Upgrade to customers who do not have a valid Server and Client DAT serial number
- emFAST will accept proof of purchase, screen shots of your system and/or System Diagnostics Reports to determine which Upgrade or migration is required

- emFAST does not sell directly to the end user
- Any requests that we receive will be forwarded in confidence to a FACSys Authorized Reseller (FAR) or FACSys Authorized Distributor (FAD)
- You can purchase a F.A.S.T. Support Agreement which can include an Upgrade to FACSys Enterprise and any future version which may be released during the term of the agreement
- You can also purchase a FACSys Enterprise Upgrade with no support and no entitlement to any future releases
